Before each use, confirm that the child is seated upright and directly supervised, all food-contact pieces are clean and intact, and the selected item is appropriate for the food temperature and texture being served. Suction, leak resistance and spill control depend on assembly, surface condition and use; they are not substitutes for adult attention. Replace the item if it becomes cracked, torn, swollen, sticky or difficult to clean.

Our dedicated team requires 1-3 business days to handle your orders. Once processed and fulfilled, your item will be promptly shipped, with our transit times ranging from 3 to 7 business days.

Our shipping department operates from Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 2 pm (PST), with weekends excluded.

Orders made over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

Each order undergoes thorough inspection for any imperfections before shipment.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund for your return.

Items returned must be in new/unused condition and in the original packaging.

If the need for a return arises due to an error on our part (if you received an incorrect or defective item), Maternity Miracles will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.

In all other cases, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
